Over 450 volunteers delivered Rosh Hashana food baskets to 550 clients during the annual Milk & Honey event hosted by Jewish Community Services of South Florida (JCS).
Volunteers headed to Scheck Hillel Jewish Community School and Temple Beth Am in Pinecrest on September 14 to fill baskets with traditional High Holy Days foods and personal care items. The baskets were then hand-delivered to Holocaust Survivors and homebound seniors in Miami-Dade county.
