Join us for Matzah Mitzvah 2026 to package and deliver Passover food and personal hygiene bags for over 500 homebound seniors and Holocaust Survivors, bringing joy to all involved.

For over 20 years, JCS’ Matzah Mitzvah event has grown to be an intergenerational tradition for a multitude of families across South Florida. Before Passover, over 500 community members join together to deliver Passover food and personal hygiene baskets to Holocaust Survivors and homebound seniors, bringing smiles to their faces and fullness to their hearts.
JCS’ Matzah Mitzvah Campaign provides nutritious kosher food to Holocaust Survivors, homebound seniors, and families facing food insecurity; homecare for frail, homebound seniors and Holocaust Survivors; and support for individual and child clients of JCS Shalom Bayit (domestic abuse assistance) experiencing domestic abuse in their homes.
