Compassionate Community Support
Providing Essential Services Across South Florida
Since 1920, Jewish Community Services of South Florida, based on Jewish values, has remained true to its mission to improve the quality of life and self-sufficiency of the Jewish and broader communities throughout South Florida in accordance with Jewish values.
The agency specializes in four pillars of excellence: Food Security, Case Management Services, Information & Referral, and Mental Health Clinical Services, providing a resilient safety-net of health and social services through 20+ programs that promote, health, safety, and self-sufficiency.
Serving as our community’s safety net for almost 110 years, JCS specializes in serving the most vulnerable among us — Holocaust Survivors, extremely low-income families, victims of domestic abuse, and much more.
Across its service pillars, JCS offers clinical counseling, home-delivered meals for frail seniors, congregate meal programs, care management, specialized support for Holocaust Survivors, and essential food assistance through the Kosher Food Bank. The agency also provides emergency financial assistance and operates critical crisis response helplines, including the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline and JCS 211 Miami for Miami-Dade and Monroe Counties.
