Masada*Alert is an at-home emergency response system that helps seniors and other at-risk individuals get assistance quickly during a sudden emergency.  When an emergency occurs, the press of a button alerts a 24-hour monitoring center which links to local police, fire and rescue personnel.  Among the unique features of this service are personalized installation and follow-up, remote testing of the equipment on a daily basis, and a key securely hidden in a lock box to prevent emergency responders from having to break down the door.
