JCS provides free, confidential, 24/7 helpline support to residents of Miami-Dade County and Monroe County through 211 Miami and the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. These services connect individuals and families to critical resources and emotional support in English, Spanish, Haitian Creole, and additional languages, at no cost, any time of day or night.

211 Miami – Community Resources & Support

JCS is the local provider of 211 Miami, a comprehensive community helpline that connects residents to more than 4,000 health and human services across Miami-Dade and Monroe Counties. Services include referrals for food assistance, housing support, financial assistance, legal aid, mental health services, and more.

Highly trained 211 Helpline Counselors are available 24/7/365 to provide guidance, support, and referrals tailored to individual needs.

988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline – Mental Health Crisis Support

JCS is also the local provider of the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline for Miami-Dade and Monroe Counties, offering free, confidential emotional support for individuals experiencing emotional distress, mental health crises, or suicidal thoughts.

Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, trained 988 Helpline Counselors provide compassionate support and help callers navigate difficult moments safely and confidentially.
