JCS offers a safe & supportive environment where Lesbian/Gay/Bisexual/Transgender/Questioning (LGBTQ) individuals of all ages can benefit from programs that are non-judgmental and affirming.
The LGBT programs offered by JCS and Lambda Living have a vast array of services and resources available and provides professional and caring services on an individual, family, or group basis to address problems and challenges facing LGBTQ persons of any age, regardless of race, ability, religion, or insurance coverage.

Funds collected on Give Out Day will be allocated to the work we do with LGBTQ youth in schools and LGBT seniors in our Lambda Living Program.
JCS works within the Miami-Dade County School System providing specialized individual and group counseling, support groups and care coordination services to LGBTQ youth who are at risk of depression and suicide, substance abuse, homelessness, dropping out of school, and victimization by bullies.
The Lambda Living program provides support, case management and social connection to LGBT Seniors. Our Lambda Living Housing initiative launched in January 2018, provides LGBT supportive housing and subsidies to LGBT seniors in need.
