Hard skills include job experience, training and education. Soft skills employers are seeking include work ethic, communications, problem solving and being a team member.

Job Works assists adults ages 25-60 by helping them build and improve their soft skills and secure employment and works with youth and young adults from 16-24 to develop their “hard skills” through vocational training as well as enhancement of soft skills.
