Mazel tov to Shelley Niceley Groff, Immediate Past Chair of the JCS Board of DIrectors! Shelley was selected as a “Woman Worth Knowing 2013″ by the Miami Beach Commission for Women, which honors women who are actively involved in fostering positive change in the community through involvement in civic and/or professional activities. Shelley received her award at a presentation held recently at the Dream Hotel South Beach.
