Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz met with some 50 seniors and guests at a Jewish Community Services’ meal site located at the Pointe East Condominiums in Aventura on June 22.
The Congresswoman, who represents Florida’s 20th District, described how the recently-enacted healthcare legislation will significantly benefit those on Medicare. She also answered a variety of wide-ranging questions.
She was introduced by JCS’ newly installed Chair of the Board Shelley Niceley Groff.
