Mazel Tov to 89-year-old Gilda Rey, a volunteer at JCS’ Miami Beach Senior Center who received the Alliance for Aging’s Positive Living Award at their November 4th Annual Awards Dinner. Gilda started working as a volunteer in 2001 when she was eighty years old. Over the years she has volunteered an average of 648 hours annually, which comes to a total of 5,832 hours since her first day. What an inspirational example of positive living!
