Jewish residents of Miami-Dade County can turn to JCS career counselors for assistance with finding a job, including guidance with effective networking, résumé preparation and interview techniques.

In partnership with the Greater Miami Jewish Federation, JCS operates ParnossahWorks Miami, a unique, no-fee job search service that works closely with both job-seekers and employers. Potential employees utilize a comprehensive website featuring active job listings, on-line résumé posting and advice from career counselors.

Employers, working with a designated advisor devoted to their particular staffing needs, post their jobs and have access to pre-screened candidates.
